Supply55, Inc. has partnered with Tricksy s.r.l. of Italy to introduce the R2R Bulk Feed and Take-up System.

Designed and manufactured by Tricksy, the R2R Bulk Feed and Take-up System will solve all of your sublimation, fabric and banner unattended printing needs allowing you to operate your printer 24/7 without interruption.

Compatible with wide format printers from Hewlett Packard, Roland, Mutoh and Mimaki the R2R Bulk Feed and Take-up System accommodates master rolls of material up to 600 pounds and is easy to
set-up, install and operate.

Key Features & Benefits:

• Requires only 3" of material fed from the ink jet printer to begin the web tensioning process.
  
  
• Temperature controlled drying unit and 7' web length before substrate gets wound within the take-up roller nearly guarantees dry ink with any ink/media combination.
  
  
• The printer can be fed forward or backward without any limitations from the R2R device.
  
  
• The R2R device is completely independent of the printer and does not connect electronically to the printer in any way. It reacts only to the substrate tension from the ink jet printer.
  
  
• Optional heating units, maximum two (2) per R2R.
